Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 30 September 2026

This policy sets out what you may not do with Harvanera's Service. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service, including anyone using a product you build on top of it.

1. Model providers' policies apply too

Every request you send is processed by a third-party model provider. In addition to this policy, you must follow the applicable terms and usage policies of the provider whose model you use:

If a provider's applicable policy is stricter than this one on a given point, the stricter rule applies to requests sent to that provider's models.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to create, request or distribute content, or to carry out activities, that:

2.1 Harm people

2.2 Break the law or others' rights

2.3 Deceive or manipulate

2.4 Make high-risk decisions without safeguards

2.5 Attack systems or abuse the Service

3. Your responsibilities as a developer

If you let other people use a product built on Harvanera:

4. What we do about breaches

We do not read your requests by default and do not pre-screen content. We may act when we receive a report, detect abnormal use in request metadata, or are notified by a model provider, payment processor or authority.

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may:

Where we can, we will tell you what we did and why. You can challenge a decision by emailing info@harvanera.com with your account email, the decision you are challenging and any relevant information. We review reports and challenges according to their urgency and the information available, and respond within a reasonable time. We may not be able to share details where doing so would compromise security, an investigation or a legal obligation.

5. Reporting abuse

To report abuse of the Service or illegal content generated through it, email info@harvanera.com with as much detail as you can (for example, where you saw it and why you believe it breaks this policy).
